The HIV & HCV Education Projects of the School of Medicine has specialised in the provision of evidence-based public health education for Queensland health care professionals, in the domains of HIV, sexual health, and viral hepatitis. This education aimed to improve health care professional's knowledge of public health requirements for disease prevention and supports effective community management of HIV, viral hepatitis and sexually transmissible infections, consistent with State and National strategies. 

Currently no courses are on offer. By December 1st 2015, an online course in Introduction to HIV Medicine will be available. If you would like to be notified when the course becomes available, please email Hannah Reed on the below details:
