Through both facilitation of their own workshops, and through facilitation of workshops for other organisations, The HIV & HCV Education Project have gained a reputation Australia wide as a leading workshop organiser with experience gained in organising half, one to three day/s workshops.

Personnel within the HIV & HCV Education Projects are available to assist with facilitation across a comprehensive set of disciplines.

Services Offered Include:

Core Facilitation including -

  • Business Rules established – to govern proceedings for the duration of the meeting/workshop
  • Engagement Strategies – to promote inclusiveness from all participants
  • Large and small group activities/workshops - based on outcome focus
  • Workshop pre-planning (optional extra)
  • On-the-Day Facilitation- including:
    • Introduction
    • Scene setting
    • Problem – solving summarisation from all sessions
    • Time management
    • Set of recommendations from the workshop



Program Implementation -

  • Delivered by experts in the relevant field
  • Convened off campus at a professional conference venue

Evaluation – Systematic evaluation methodology measuring performance against expectations
Establishment of Workshop Oversight Committee - Comprising of all key stakeholders
Performance Indicators - identified including evaluation strategies
Workshop Marketing - advertising and registration
Venue Management - to meet a variety of budget allocations
