HCV Man

The Hepatitis C (HCV) Education Domain has been operating since June 2001 and over this time has developed a reputation for offering comprehensive, evidence based, up-to-date education activities for medical practitioners, nurses, allied health professionals and community workers.

Three core courses are offered as part of the Domain:

1. Education Course in HCV Medicine which is open to any person interested in HCV medicine and is conducted over a one day period
2. Update Session for Medical Practitioners which is open to medical practitioners and is conducted over an evening or afternoon session
3. Hepatitis C and Mental Health Workshop which is open to any person interested in HCV medicine and is conducted over a one day period

In addition we can design Customised Education Activities to suit your individual needs

The program is overseen by an Advisory Committee who regularly review content and skill development based in the courses and who provide a cross discipline approach to the development of course material.

The method of education is, as much as is possible, case based within a problem based learning format.
