My primary research interests concern: Rural Medical Practitioner recruitment and retention looking at personality factors which influence, Indigenous Mental Health looking at the needs of aboriginal people with psychiatric problems, and their families or carers, and ways to help them more effectively, Medical education, including the best ways to examine student performance, and how groups of students.
