How to Apply

If your organisation would like to be involved in this programme you need to do the following:

  1. Nominate people to be involved in the programme i.e., 1-2 Participants, an Executive Supporter and a client with challenging behaviour.
  2. Read the Information Paper for more information about the Programme
  3. Complete the Application Form in the Application Procedures document.
  4. Complete the Selection Criteria in the Application Procedures document and return it to QCIDD along with the Application Form.

Applications must be received by 3 October 2007 and returned to QCIDD via:
