How Often Should You Exercise?

The more you exercise the more glucose you use up.

Try and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.

If that is too long you could do household jobs for 15 minutes. Later in the day go for a 15 minute walk.

If you do this everyday you help look after your diabetes.

Remember to:
